The first item to determine when building a pool and/or spa is whether or not you have enough room on your property. You will need a survey or site plan and also need to know your set back requirements. The second step would be to meet with our sales/design department and discuss what you would like to build. They will provide you with a drawing and an estimate. Once you have signed a contract, we will begin the permitting process. We will also call for a locate of your property. This will show us where your power, cable, telephone and gas lines are. If any of these items are in the area of construction they will need to be moved. That is the homeowner’s responsibility. After everything is out of the way and your permit has been issued we will put you on our construction schedule to begin construction.
